This voucher provides two round-trip, coach tickets to Cabo San Lucas (SJD), Baja California, Mexico and two nights of midweek, Gourmet-Inclusive accommodations in Los Cabos. You have a choice of two departure gateways: San Diego, CA (SAN) or Los Angeles, CA (LAX). The Gourmet-Inclusive package includes: a welcome cocktail, all meals, snacks and Premium Brand beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.Please complete your online registration at www.MexicoAIIInclusiveGetawayWithAir.com OR fill out the attached Registration Form completely and mail it to our address. You will receive an Acknowledgement Letter from Holiday Travel within 14 days of our receipt of your Registration ich will request your preferred travel dates and tax deposit. Fill out your Acknowledgement Letter by:a. Selecting two different dates, in chronological order, at least 7 days between choices, and at least 45 days in advance of your earliest departure date.b. Submit your tax deposit in the amount of the estimated government imposed taxes of approximately $144 per person depending on your chosen resort.When your travel date is secured, you will receive a Confirmation Letter showing actual taxes. If there is a difference, the balance will be refunded or requested, as may be the case. Once we secure a reservation you will receive a Confirmation Letter approximately 21 days prior to your confirmed travel date to present upon check in. Procedures: 1. Your Registration Form must be issued, dated, and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.2. This voucher is valid for accommodations, the Gourmet-Inclusive Package and airfare only. It does not include transportation to or from the airport or hotel, additional baggage fees, fees for advance seat assignments, taxes, resort fees, spa fees, portage, service charges, gratuities, or incidental personal expenses.3. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking which may be affected by special events. This offer is not available for travel five days before or five days after a major holiday (New Year's Day,President's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are not being charged to utilize this voucher but rather fees incurred to cancel your confirmed reservations. If you need to cancel your confirmed reservation within 10 days of your arrival date or you No Show to the property, you will be charged 2 nights' room and tax at the prevailing Rack Rate, which will be guaranteed by credit card. If you need to reschedule your confirmed reservation,you will be charged a fee of $150 USD, which will be guaranteed by credit card. Travel Insurance is recommended.5. Groups may not use this offer (any two couples attempting to travel together with different vouchers). This voucher may not be used in conjunction with another vacation offer. This voucher may not be given away,it is non-transferable, cannot be sold, has no cash value, is for promotional use only, and is Void where prohibited by law. Because this is a promotion, Holiday Travel will only honor one voucher, per household,per person, per year. This offer is not available to employees, friends, or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company.6. Holiday Travel will not be responsible for any Act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. If such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations.7. Both guests must sign the attached Registration Form.8. Both guests must be 25 years of age or older and possess at least one major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or AM EX).9. Validated vouchers expire one year from the date of issue. All travel must be completed by that date.10. Holiday Travel is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this voucher.11. Important Deadlines: You are required to register this offer within 45 days from the date of the voucher issue date. Please note: The online registration of this offer must coincide with the issue date (date you received it) which will match the issue date on the distributors report to Holiday Travel. In the event there is a discrepancy, you will be required to mail the original to our office. The issue date can be found written or stamped by distributor on the frontof the mail in portion of the voucher. You will be required to submit your preferred travel dates and tax deposit within 21 days of the date of your Acknowledgment Letter.
